Frequently Asked Questions

AACMAC 2026 will be held from 7–9 August 2026 at Pullman Melbourne on the Park. For detailed location information, please refer to the map on the Registration page. The conference will also be broadcast online via our dedicated livestream platform for remote participants.

You can register online using the registration buttons on this website, which will direct you to the AACMA website to complete your registration.

If you prefer not to register online, you may download the Registration Form and return the completed copy to events@acupuncture.org.au, or call +61 7 3457 1800 to register by phone.

Registration fees vary depending on your participant category (e.g. AACMA member, student member), the number of days attending (3-day, 2-day, 1-day), the attendance format (in-person or online livestream), and the registration period (Super Early Bird, Early Bird or Regular). Please refer to the Registration page for current pricing.

Registration closes on 24 July 2026 for in-person attendance and 31 July 2026 for online attendance.

Super Early Bird registration is available until 8 March 2026. Early Bird registration runs from 9 March to 7 June 2026. We encourage early registration to secure the best available rates.

Delegates attending the full 3-day academic program, including two breakout streams, can earn more than 30 CPD points. The program incorporates 4 CPD points for professional issues.

By attending the full conference, 3-day ticket holders can meet their annual CPD requirements within a single event.

Yes. AACMAC 2026 offers hybrid attendance options. Online delegates will have access to livestream sessions, recordings and live Q&A. Online participants are able to engage with speakers and fellow delegates throughout the conference.

Yes. The conference includes morning and afternoon tea breaks, lunch sessions and a trade exhibition featuring representatives from across the TCM industry and community. A social dinner will be held on Day 2, Saturday 8 August 2026, providing an opportunity to connect with peers and industry leaders.

While accommodation bookings are not managed directly by the conference organisers, special delegate rates have been secured at Pullman Melbourne on the Park. An exclusive booking link will be available shortly.

To submit an abstract, Please complete the Abstract Submission Form and send it to events@acupuncture.org.au by 28 February 2026. Applicants will be notified of the outcome via email by 31 March 2026. Further details are available on the Abstracts page.

Yes. The program includes lecture presentations, hands-on workshops, panel discussions, demonstration sessions and practical learning opportunities designed to enhance clinical understanding and professional development.

Refunds are available in accordance with the conference policy:

• A partial refund is available if cancellation is received by 8 July 2026 (30 days prior to the conference).

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 8 July 2026.
